For the free yearly birthday ticket, you will need to have visited any of our locations at least twice before and have used your loyalty card at both visits for it to be valid.
Once you have reached the criteria, on your birthday the free yearly birthday ticket icon will be clickable and able to purchase the ticket for free online, the app, or at concession in any of our cinemas.
